1. "Paintable" Parts Description: The term "Paintable" refers to products that are designed and manufactured with the intention of being prepped, primed, and painted by the purchaser before installation. These parts may exhibit minor imperfections, scratches, or flaws that are considered normal and acceptable by Ecoological and Chrome Stoppers.

2. SKU Identification for "Paintable" Parts: SKUs for "Paintable" parts will feature the number 12 in the color code portion of the SKU. Our SKUs are formatted as XXYYZZ or XXYYZZZ, where X represents two letters for Make/Model, Y represents a variation in fitment, and Z represents the color. For example, a paintable 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma Rear set of BumperShellz with no parking sensors has a SKU of DT1012.

3. Normal Scratches: Scratches that can be eliminated with 400 grit sandpaper are considered normal. Ecoological and Chrome Stoppers quality checks all parts before shipment to ensure there are no deep scratches present.

4. Prepping and Painting: It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all "Paintable" parts are properly prepped, primed, and painted according to industry standards and best practices prior to installation. Ecoological and Chrome Stoppers assumes no responsibility for any issues or defects that may arise due to improper preparation, priming, or painting of these parts.

5. Returns and Refunds: Due to the nature of "Paintable" parts and the intended use of these products, Ecoological and Chrome Stoppers will not accept returns or provide refunds for any minor imperfections, scratches that can be eliminated using 400 Grit sandpaper, or other minor flaws present on these parts. If you think your parts do not fall into this categorization, please reach out to us and we will make a final decision.
   Damage such as cracked or broken parts do not fall into this categorization as this affects the functionality of the part. Therefore, RMA requests will be accepted and follow our typical return policy.

6. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Ecoological and Chrome Stoppers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Ecoological and Chrome Stoppers has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the purchase or use or of "Paintable" parts.

7. Indemnification: By purchasing "Paintable" parts from Ecoological and Chrome Stoppers, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ecoological and Chrome Stoppers, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this legal disclaimer or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your account.

By proceeding with your purchase of "Paintable" parts from Ecoological and Chrome Stoppers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this legal disclaimer.
