Shipping Policy

We are committed to providing you with excellent service and high-quality products, and part of that commitment includes ensuring that your orders are shipped to you in a timely and cost-effective manner. Please read the following shipping policy carefully to understand how our shipping methods work.

Shipping within the continental US will be accurately calculated at the time of check-out based on your order's box size and destination. We use UPS Ground shipping within the continental US to ensure that your products arrive safely and on time for the lowest possible cost.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories is subject to higher rates than shipping within the continental US. If your order requires shipping to one of these locations, we will contact you before shipping the parts to confirm the shipping cost. If you do not respond to our message within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment.

International Shipping: We also offer shipping services outside of the US, but the rates are typically higher than for domestic shipping. If you do not respond to our message within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment. The recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes and Customs fees. Please contact your local Customs office for an estimate of these fees.

Please note that we may not be able to ship to to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses based on the box size. If you have a question about shipping or need assistance with your order, please contact us via phone, email or online chat, and we will be happy to help you.

We strive to process and ship orders within 7-10 business days, but please allow for additional processing time during peak seasons, new product releases and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Parts that are custom painted in OEM color-matched colors are subject to an additional 4 to 6 week processing time as we paint all of our products in-house.
